I have been looking at liquid vtamin/min supplements and found one called NOW Foods Liquid Multi Vitamin & min supplement suitable for vegetarians that looks ok for those early days. Comes in orange & berry flavour (Cheap-supplements.co.uk, they also do the NSC Pro Shot vials)
Healthspan.co.uk do a similar vit/min tablet to sanatogen A-Z but a bit cheaper I believe, they also do a chewable calcium with vit D.

Just noticed that the NOW supplement does not have iron in it, has iodine but not sure that’s what’s needed. anyone know?

Not sure if this is of any help Sandie, I have been looking around for things for when I’ve had my op. Hope you feel better soon.
