Haha I love that you all know me so well already! Me and my Marmite cravings. I’m pretty sure I get all my protein from nuts, pulses, cheese and quorn. My favourite source of protein is falafel. Warmed in the oven or straight from the fridge. Low fat, high protein and utterly delicious. I served them to my family last night and they loved them. I love the warmer weather as I live on salad. Mozzarella, tomato, pesto – nothing nicer 🙂
