I hope you are feeling better after your breathing difficulties- hopefully the rain will clear the dust!
Today I poked my head in a local ladies gym, I was impressed.
I have been walking regularly and feel its time to take it to the next level.
I am eating normal food now, still using the ramekin dish.
I’ve been eating a bit more to try and get the protein in.
My trousers are deffinately getting baggy now!
Kimberly has done very well with her downsizing!!
