I think is a marathon not a sprint , au though you do lose loads in the first six months and then it slows.down . Some times we have stall so our body can catch up with the loss Trust your tool . Milky drinks are so helpful . It helps boast your protein ( not having enough protein will sloe your weight loss down .) xx
