It might be because your band has not yet been filled, some surgeons wait for any initial swelling to go before inflating the band, although not all do this so I might be talking nonsense. If it is the case it might be a good time to try and train yourself form the smaller amounts of food you will be able to eat once you have ad your first fill, try just dishing up a much smaller meal than normal and use a tea plate to make it look like you have more than you actually do, done dish yourself a large portion and eat it all just because you can, go with the smaller size and accept that’s all you are going to have until the next meal time. Its frustrating I am sure having the opp and not feeling any benefits yet but you will soon.
