Just four sleeps to go!!
It still feels pretty surreal, I’m kind of excited but kind of numb too….feels very strange.
I’m going to do a bit more cooking today lentil and butternut squash soup and freeze in small portions. I confee to being a little confused as in Carol’s book she has smoothies in there as things to drink early on but in the stuff I’ve been given it advises not to have these as they are high calorie. Any suggestions please?
