I have replied to a post of yours elswhere on the forum. Looks like you have everything planned so that’s cool. I thought about freezing food for myself but have to confess I haven’t yet, I think I’m feeling a bit lost about when I’ll be able to eat what even though I have brought Carol’s great book and linked her website. I have been cooking this week for my son not that he isn’t capable but it’s given me something to do. So you start your diet tomorrow and I am finally off for my pre-op, just bervous that everything is okay…no reason for it not to be but you know how it is. I am having my op on 15 March with Guy Slater at the Clementine Churchill Hospital… exciting. 🙂
