Thanks for the advice guys really appreciate it, I have been looking at things to eat such as nuts, pulses etc and I will ask about another dietician when I next go to the clinic especially as this one not to eat quorn! I’m muddling along and have a protien drink for breakfast with some plain low fat yogurt as I find that keeps me going until 11am, sadly I did love eggs before op but have since found them a problem too and they just don’t seem to taste the same without buttered toast lol…
