Evening all my lovely friends…

what can I say…. I am feeling great I just cannot describe this feeling of joy. As some of you know directly after my op I suffered from some real back pain for two weeks post op I was trying to feel upbeat but my back was giving me some grief!!!

Finally yesterday I went to see my GP who prescribed me some pain killers which are really helping, back pain hasent completely gone but its bareable now and I am coping well.

Post op diet is also going really well, have to remind myself to eat, lol I know…its crazy but true not struggling with anything and I am following the plan as directed by the bariatric team.

Next week I am planning on introducing a little scrambled egg in my diet in my 3rd week post op, I am still enjoying the mush stage and not at any point feeling hungry (awesome)!!!

I know I am losing weight as I can feel it but will not be weighing until my 6 week check, I am so excited its unreal.

Thanks for reading much love Ellie xxxx

PS I AM SO FRIGGIN HAPPY………………….
