Hi Jemma & welcome. I’m sure you’ll do fine on the milk diet. I found the first 3 days the hardest then you just settle in to it. Make sure you prepare your jelly every evening as you’ll need it to keep you on track. I made mine up in 5 little jelly moulds then ate them through the day. No added sugar milkshake syrups (my favourite was raspberry). Lamb oxo cube is yummy but have a variety. I saved my oxo drink for the evenings then had it whilst my family were eating dinner. Milky coffee or hot milk is filling. You can do x keep coming on here for help & support x
