Hi Kim,
I can imagine that it feels much slower than you would like at the moment. I won’t be able to do exercise because of my back but you are doing a lot and working too so that must feel a tad unfair. You have done so well so far though. Obviously from my position of only a week post op I can’t offer anything positive at all, except to say that I think I understand and hopefully things will speed up again. But I know nothing!
Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow
Claire

So being real and honest my weight loss is slow it’s about 1 /2 pound a week in the past three weeks and that’s with all my recent exercise . I don’t think it’s a stall , I just think that’s how I am my metabolism is sluggish . I really try to focus on being healthy and look at what I can do now , but when I got on the dreaded scales and see one pound loss i feel sad. I suppose I want to see 4 pound in a week ( not that it’s ever happened except in the first couple of weeks ) The surgeon said my weight loss was as expected . I feel like I’m being self indulgent and ungrateful moaning and dripping about a one pound weight loss when last year I couldn’t leave my house . My head knows not to focus on numbers just wish it would tell my emotions .
