Hi Claire!
I’m so pleased for you that you are doing well.
Just take the more solid food slowly and you will be fine. You need to eat what you enjoy, I believe.
I find anything “solid” much harder to eat more slower but I do enjoy it.
I’m out for a coffee today with my friend Susan. ( just sipping a hot drink!)
I’m cooking a roast dinner for my boys (grown up) on Sunday- I miss cooking for everyone but now I feel strong enough for all the chaos!!!
I have lost 2 stone so far! I’m delighted- I’m beginning to feel a more normal size.
Still dreadfully constipated though.
Keep up the fabulous work, I don’t regret this decision for a second.
