You are bang on target for a newbie. If you are exercising more, it’s likely that you are building muscle. That weighs more than fat so it is quite likely that that is the ‘problem’.

If you want some numbers to focus on, start taking your measurements regularly. We have known people to gain weight but lose INCHES! The men folk especially!

Please learn to trust your surgeon, your surgery and yourself – not the numbers on a scale or tape measure. It WILL happen….
