Hi Jammy, some people sail through the milk diet & others struggle. If I was you I’d ring your team & tell them how your feeling there’s another diet you can do. Some people are lactose intolerant so they can’t do the full milk diet. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed it just means you need something different.
I used sugar free syrup raspberry was my favourite, I made the jelly up in 5 little pots breakfast, had one at lunch & dinner then 2 for snacks snacks!!! (Kid myself I was eating!!). Had oxo for evening meal when the fan were eating. I loved the lamb one which has a hint of mint. Yummy. Milky coffee very filling & uses up the milk too.
You can do it honey stay strong not long now. Please let us know how you’re getting on x
