Trezza told me about sugar free syrups they are so worth it and can be used afterwards , and this saved me . I tried about 5 months earlier just plain milk and I felt terrible because I couldn’t drink all of it , it’s hard work drinking I lit milk semi skimmed . Plus all the fluids and sugar free jelly . So I divided the jelly into three pots ( thinking breakfast dinner and tea . Had three hit milky coffee and meal time plus coffee break and tea breaks and lots of cup of tea and diet coke and sugar free lemon squash .i made a time table I think this helped me keep my blood sugar stable . And with all the fluid I was in and off the loo all day didn’t need to exercise .
If I did it now I would freeze my own diet lemonade ice lollies ( add extra lemon nas squash ) freeze some of the milk flavoured from the sugar free squash . Them defrost a little so it’s semi frozen to have at meal times .
