Hi yes foodie, that would be great thanks, although I am still experimenting with foods, the main thing is to take it easy, when I say easy, to some it may not be but as soon as my stomach says “THATS IT”, then I stop straight away. I have tried 3 meals a day and that seems to work great for me, for now although I do know people who have 6 mini meals a day. I do not like prawns and roast chicken sometimes doesn’t work for me so hence why I kept going with wafer thin ham!! Oh the joys of WLS!
