Try not to be too hard on yourself Hun. Concentrate on how well you’ve done so far thinking of the positives & not the negative can help you get back on track. I gained a bit a couple of weeks ago & after initially freaking out I gave myself a talking to & started to get myself back on track, I’m now nearly back to were I was just 2 pounds to go!!!. Drinking more fluids really helps so give that a go x take care xxx
