So yesterday I exercised the brain instead of the body. No, I wasn’t aching very much at all. Just had lots of studying to do. I’m trying to complete the last unit of the anatomy and physiology course before returning to work next week. I managed rough draft answers to four questions (out of 10). That’s cool 🙂

I walked to a friend’s place and back but that’s it. It was downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. Only 5 mins each way but it was enough.

With regards to work, we’ve agreed a staggered return. I’ll be starting on 4 hrs per day and building from there. That means I’ll have the mornings for either revision for the final exam or gym/being active. What I don’t do in the morning, I’ll be able to do in the evening.

Studying = foundation stone for ditching the job and embarking on self-employment. So far I am qualified to do reflexology but need to refresh the skills and knowledge (qualified 2 years ago). Will be bringing other things in too … options are remaining open because targets may change as the weight falls off and confidence builds.

First active goal = race for life 2013. This time I WON’T be walking it! 🙂
