First gym session in 2.5 weeks is done and dusted. Pain free apart from some minor niggles in my right foot towards the end.

Session time: 6pm

Bike: 3.01 km in 12 mins 32 secs (resistance 1-3 in blocks of 3-4 mins)

Cross trainer: 2.63 km in 26 mins. Only stopped coz I was in desperate need of a bathroom break. I was aiming for 30 mins plus cool down.

Yep, training = got to be exact 😉
