Isn’t it funny how we all have such differing self-perceived ‘strengths and weaknesses’? For me, swimming 40 lengths is almost unthinkable but singing in front of 2,000 paying people holds no fear whatsoever (I used to sing by the way – don’t get time anymore.) For some, that would be the stuff of nightmares.

30 mins on a cross trainer!!! Superhuman in my opinion. I tried it a couple of times and almost fainted on both occasions yet put me on a recumbent bike and I can cycle for hours, asthma status withstanding of course 😉

It’s just another indication of how different we all are and why we should never compare our weight losses and rates with others.
