Hmm … I’m more at home hiding in the corner behind a pile of cushions than speaking to/in front of more that 2 or 3 people. Even then I find it a challenge to actually find a way in to the conversation. Gimme a pen and paper and I can “speak” for England 😉

If I said “London Marathon 2008”, would that scare you? Underneath this exterior is a super fit chick who loves being active. I was 23 stone something when I walked it for charity (took 10 hrs!). Training consisted of up to 5 hrs per session in the gym (2 hrs on the cross trainer), training walks up to 15 miles a time and fortnightly sessions with a personal trainer. I had 6 months to prepare for it, and nobody thought I’d do it until it actually happened. Course I’m doing it again. Crossing the line will be good, beating 10 hours will be GREAT. My sights are set on 2014 🙂

This post has me beaming from ear to ear. You are amazing! My goodness with resolve like that, there is absolutely NOTHING you can’t do. I look forward to hearing all about your training for the 2014 London Marathon. What an inspiration.
