Thanks Claire, you have given me so much info. I am just not paying enough attention to my eating. I am often rushing and that IS when it gets stuck and I know that I’m not chewing enough. I think because I have had, and still have, so little in my band I haven’t yet appreciated what the band does and a lot of the time eating is just as it always was. I feel sure now that i need a fill. What is the “sweet spot” I have heard about it just not to sure what it is. Sometime my band restricts me and I’m still hungrey so I keep on eating and I’m then sick, but this doesn’t happen often, I don’t seem to feel that restriction very often.
