My belly is getting more and more used to eating smaller portions which I think an ordinary diet is supposed to do….. I have to think so much harder about what when and where I’m going to eat… I cooked dinner last night which was a selection of veg the ones you back in the foil try backed beans and lamb cutlets. Of which I had two desert spoons full one spoon of backed beans and one small lamb cutlet all dished up on a saucer. It took me around 25 minutes to eat…. And lots of chewing…… I know anymore or eaten faster would have caused the chest ache to start and a rush to the toilet…..

What I had for dinner would be a very light snack before WLS.

Had my grand children round rage weekend and lots of crisps and sweets were floating around but I did not think about it or even wanted it…. Strange how you can train the mind
