I am 2 1/2 years post op now. The time has gone so quickly as it seems like only yesterday I was worried I didn’t dump on things and that was only a year post op. Mind you, I never really dumped from the word go so have always felt I’ve been cheated. I LOVE the juice I must admit and once I’ve done as long as I can on it, I will try to have juice for breakfast and lunch and then a small dinner. Although as we all know, all good intentions go to rat shit after a while but in the meantime, I will do what I can. I love this feeling of being clean within though and of waking up and wanting to get up and get on with things (other than the housework). I’ve been putting together a couple of Ikea flat packs this morning which is usually a chore but I’ve just plodded on today.
