The sweet spot is when you have a small portion of food on your plate and you eat and feel full and satisfied. If you still hungry then you need more fill, sick and you have to much fill. Difficulty is you need to be honest with the portion size. Using a side plate and not overfilling it is a good guide. Protein is important so fish, chicken, meat first then vegetables then potatoes, pasta, rice. If only I could take my own advice lol.
