I think Stevia and Splenda are Aspartame free. I have to admit to being really naughty and still have sugar in my tea! I have done right from the start. Please don’t think that it’s ok for you to do it though as everyone is totally different! I tend to dump more on fat than sugar. If I had the choice of no tea or tea without sugar – no contest, I would give up sugar 😉

I use this in coffee and on my cereal:

Total Sweet Sug Alternative 225G – Groceries – Tesco Groceries

No aspartame and it’s actually not bad taste-wise. Hope this helps.
