I agree 100% Kim.

My mum describes herself as a ‘non-smoking smoker’ even though she gave up over 20 years ago.

We will always want to turn to food if we don’t change our way of thinking. I had three years of therapy too to find out why I did it. It has made my life after wls so much easier. I’m not saying that I don’t EVER eat for comfort, just that it isn’t my knee jerk reaction to stress anymore. I’m six years post surgery and appreciate that therapy now more than ever.
