It’s is interesting article sue , in one way she right surgery is wonderful and as you know it’s saved my life , and I think streamline offer a really good after care package . I can only speak to my self , I believe that I have to do every thing I can to make this work , it means exercising ( yer I know we all hate this before surgery ) and I can honesty say I now get a buz from it . . I also have had 3 years of counselling in the past which I have found very helpful . But I have to constantly work on my own unhelpful though . It becomes a habit one in which I have to challenge my self all the time . , the hardest part is the emotional and psychological, all the coping mechanise I use have now disappeared . . In some way I was invisible when I was big , . One change I noticed is that when I’m stress my pouch goes all shy to food !
I think the support her and in the groups is so important . In my head it’s like cigarettes I alway be an ex smoker
