Oh yes, absolutely ask for help when you need it and sooner rather than later.

If you find yourself gaining or just having a bit of trouble with it then ask for help early. It gets much harder the longer you leave it!

Not that any of this will happen to you but its definitely something to be aware of with a band, it is very easy to eat round it especially if your head is not in the right place. Remember being too tight is just as bad as not being restricted enough, two tight = hard to eat = sweet stuff is easier…..

I guess that bit is obvious but I wish someone had spelt it out black and white for me first time round!

I don’t mean to scare you with all this btw, it is all obvious but its just what I wish someone had told me. I spent quite a while wishing I hadnt got a band when actually the problem was me, I just didnt have a clue what I was doing!
