But yes you are right I have lost 7 stone do not weigh 22 stone or wear a size 28 any more so stop panicking!

You are right about having this place to come to for the good and bad. I truly believe the old saying that a problem shared is a problem halved. We are all in this together. I can’t even begin to tell you how much strength I have drawn from all you lovely people when things have got beyond what I think I can cope with. You have ‘allowed’ me to feel sorry for myself but stay strong at the same time! No mean feat!

Glad you are going to keep us up to date on your progress. Very best of British with your MSc essay. No pressure there then haha! I remember when my husband was doing his – he didn’t stop snacking! Difference is, he didn’t feel guilty about it at all, despite putting on some weight. he just accepted it then stopped doing it when he handed in the essay. Why can’t it be that easy for us?!
