Hey don’t be too harsh on your self , writing essay are very stress full what you doing your MSC in ? How about chopped cucumber yogurt and mint dip hummus to nibble on as you think and type . Or if it’s sweet frozen grapes and hot option chocolate .,keep drinking water or nas squash it might put that thought at a distance for a moment . but you probably had ideas already ,. Xxxxxx
