I doubt very much that your honeymoon period is over. It’s quite possibly things just all settling down (swelling etc) so you will be experiencing new sensations and feelings in your new little belly! Try a cuppa or a coffee and see if the ‘rumblings’ stop.

Everything is still all shiney and new so it will take a wee bit longer until you know for definite what the new feelings actually mean (new baby analogy again – what does THAT cry mean?) As pre-op, we sometimes mistake thirst for hunger so I would suggest always going for the liquids option first. As much water as you can bear as it heals and fills.
