Yep – agree with all of the above.

Try and keep your protein up as I find that keeps the hunger at bay – when i feel hunger i want to reach for the carbs but I know that the protein will do a better job long run and drinking is definitely the way to go. I must drink more just keep forgetting recently and noticing a difference.

So starting today I am going to make a concerted effort and will review next week the difference – hunger, feeling and weight loss !!!! watch this space xx We can do this together and see the difference it makes.
