I use the o% fat Fage greek yogurt and add fruit to it (stewed apple or plums, mango, raspberries, strawberries) mainly because of the high protein content. I cant eat it on its own, but flavoured its great – sometimes add a bit of cocoa powder, highlights hot chocolate powder or vanilla extract.

Its now my go to food of choice which is odd as I couldn’t stand it before the op ! Easy to put in a pot to transport, easy on the digestive system, love the stuff.
