Hi all,

Had my appointment with Chris Pring yesterday, unfortunately he was not there, but I saw the lovely dietician and a nurse Lisa, I am doing just fine lost nearly stone and half so thats great news, I did not think I had lost that much as my stomach is still tender and bloated and i am unable to do excercise as i would like to, so i was thrilled with the weight loss, the pain I am getting the nurse is going to speak to chris and maybe it could be adhesions, he will telephone me and let me know what is needed to be done Lisa said maybe a CT scan, but I am to carry on as I am for the mo, lots of love to you all Penny xxx

I’m really sorry to hear you are still in a lot of discomfort. However, your weight loss is brilliant! The team will be on it like a comet. Exercise is not quite as important at this stage and it’s counterproductive if you are in pain (in my humble opinion.) Keep going and things will soon all fall into place.

Well done on your hard work so far 🙂

Doodah x
