It’s best to just stick to the guidelines I’m afraid. Bisto gravy with have fat and carbs in it.

You could try making it stronger by adding less water but remember it will make you very, very thirsty as it is full of salt so make sure you drink the remaining amount of water to make up the difference. You can also try different flavours – chicken and lamb stock cubes or even veggie or fish ones!

You are doing brilliantly. It’s not long to go now 😉
