Hey Boo, fab that you’re a biker too. Even at my biggest I still used to ride because I loved it but losing weight has made it easier. I don’t feel embarrassed about squeezing into those big clothes now.

I went camping on my bike about 6 months after surgery, stuck the tent and a sleeping bag on the pillion and went to the Ardennes Forest, so peaceful and relaxing. I loved doing that years ago but I got so big I couldn’t get up and down comfortably in my tent, I loved having that freedom back.
