Thanks Doodah well I’ve kept daily completely accurate food diaries where I have written down every item that has passed my lips since Feb 10th, there are an awful lot of cup of tea entries LOL

First session at the actual proper gym in about an hour and a half, I’m feel so nervous but excited too, Wednesday will be my monthly official weigh in and I fear I’ve put on about 3lbs this month, then Friday yes Friday in just four more sleeps, well if I can sleep for excitement, is my big appointment at QA. Thank you so so much for all your encouragement and support it really is helping.

Hi Helen

I meant every single word of it!

So you will be at the QA on Friday right? It’s a great hospital with excellent staff. No matter which Streamline Surgical surgeon you get, you will be in the very safest hands.

What a fab idea about the scrap book. I may start one myself!

As for which surgery you will be offered, try to be as honest/correct as you possibly can about your eating habits as it will determine which one they think will work best. They are not there to judge you so, if you eat 4,000 calories a day in chocolate, tell them. It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to admit what you eat and not feel judged. At my first appointment with Shaw Somers I admitted for the very first time that I could eat a whole box of French Fancies in one sitting with a cup of tea – as a snack! But then not finish my healthy dinner. All the team completely understand this and sympathise greatly so don’t feel afraid to tell them everything.

Keep up the fantastic work you are doing. I’m so proud of you
