hi week 3 post op and a good thing is soups.i make a yummy lentil one.put lentils onion and a couple of knorr chicken stock cubes in a saucepan.simmer for about half hour then purree it.also butternut squash onion carrot and parsnip and stock cubes.delicious.canned macaroni and spaghetti are good 2.most ready made chilled meals are good as well.thats basically wot ive been having.hope thats a couple of ideas 4 you.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
