So sorry to hear you are feeling like this after so long and all your fantastic success.

I think you should firstly see your GP, then ask her/him to refer you back to the hospital if needs be? It might not be anything to do with your wls at all but it’s better to cover every eventuality right?

In the meantime, I would suggest going back to basics. Eat soft food very slowly for a few days to see if that helps. Whenever I hit a ‘snag’ I go back to fresh, home-made soup for a week to see if it stops the symptoms. It usually does. I have felt sick after eating before but it was due to really bad constipation caused by some fairly heavy-duty painkillers. Going back to basics gave my system a chance to work nice and gently.
