In theory the RNY is reversible although it is rarely done (quite risky). On the US forums there are a few people who have had reversals, but on the whole if you have problems I think the aim is to sort out the problems rather than reverse the RNY. As nothing is removed from the body, I guess its just a case of putting everything back in it’s place, but I am sure that it is much harder to do than it sounds! Mr Somers did tell me that it was possible to put things back as nature intended…

I think it is best to go into surgery with the mindset that the op is for life rather than to think about reversals. If you are concerned, then maybe you should speak to your surgeon about it.
