Well personally I have been having the Heinz reduced sugar and salt baked beans which i think have around 7gms of sugars per half can of 200gms….but I have only had about half of that again with mash and lots of bean juice! about half a ramekin full maybe and squash the life out of them, LOL!!

The problem I had that one time was just as Solucky mentioned…’pouchy’ just did not fancy taking it at that mealtime it was only at two and half weeks out from my op, I left it for a week and have been fine since.

One thing I have learnt quick is that we are all different in what we can tolerate and how much is ‘enough’ for us.. I would say if you have any worries, then maybe check with your dietician and see what they think, sweetie 🙂
