If been think about you mrsvinnie and you mention being in pain and also having depression , please forgive me if I’m teaching you to suck eggs , but have you made an appointment to see your GP about pain and depression . It’s difficult to challenge food when in pain and depressed , also CBT is really good at getting people to recognise their own negative thought and challenge them . Here is an example ,Ok I will say every one thinks this about me . Were as I how do I really know what every one think about me , I can’t read their mind nobody can . It’s not easy but I have found it helpful. I don’t know what available but your GP will .
