for me no,
example the other day i completely fell apart and if i hadnt been in the car with friends i would have ended up eating something i shouldnt have and prob made myself feel ill. most of the time i can distract myself but at the moment with what im going through it is very tough 🙁

thanks mandyl
it is very tough especially when we are going through really tough times in our lives
but at least you sound ”aware” that although now is not the right time for you to try to find another ”coping mechanisim” rather than food you know that perhaps sometime in the future you will need to develop new behaviours around food
as the alternative (for me at least) is simply unbearable
good luck on your WL journey
