it is very tough especially when we are going through really tough times in our lives
but at least you sound ”aware” that although now is not the right time for you to try to find another ”coping mechanisim” rather than food you know that perhaps sometime in the future you will need to develop new behaviours around food
as the alternative (for me at least) is simply unbearable
