You know what Missy, I don’t flippin blame you hon! I can totally see where you are coming from. All I will say is, be careful. One glass feels like 3 so never find yourself in a situation that you can’t handle.

I went out on Saturday night with my husband after the week from HELL. Both parents poorly and up the hospital for most of it. SO, I went out and had red wine and lots of yummy food – including a pudding – yes, a pudding! Did I feel guilty? Did I bog roll.

Anyway, what I’m saying is, be aware that alcohol on a regular basis is not good for a couple of reasons at least: calories and being out of control. Alcohol at the weekends when out with friends – is what ‘normal’ life is all about and that’s all any of us want isn’t it?
