I have the occasional glass of wine on special occasions but I spread it out over the course of the evening as I feel tipsy very quickly!
I didn’t drink for nearly a year and started having the odd small glass occasionally. Unfortunately i was found to have a small stomach ulcer so I knocked it on the head immediately. I am now fine (as of today) so will enjoy a small glass when I go out to a concert tonight.
I don’t see any harm as long as you are careful and fully understand how you feel emotionally. I also never drive if I have a drink. In the early stages it is not advised to drink due to the need for your insides to heal and then what’s the point as it is just empty calories!
I think what I am trying to say is use with caution!
