Thanks Leslie for your kind words. It’s weird how much your mind changes post surgery! I’m literally petrified of eating anything I shouldn’t in fear it will put me on the slippery slope. Tad emotional tonight about it all so my pouch appears to be in spasm! Had a couple of mouthful of dinner & it came straight back up! :0(x the sad thing is I’ve been doing really well the past couple of weeks. I feel well, loads more energy etc & then I spoil it all today! I’m sure by tom I will be fine x thank goodness for the forum. It helps to get it written down & hear back from you kind souls x thank you x
