thankyou for your kind replies.yes.im a bypasser.i chose the lasagne because it was the only thing on the menu that i could eat.all the other stuff was grill stuff.i felt fine apart from when i came outside i had a couple of mins spell of lightheadness.dont no if that was to do with wot i ate.it does worry me that i managed most of.and no im never hungry.its just my trusted old freind greediness which i still have rite beside me.if i eat something that i enjoy i have a little bit more.i no i shouldnt but i still have no willpower.and im worried that as time goes on i will stop losing.having said that ive done my 2 weekly weigh today and have lost another half stone which im thrilled with.long may it carry on.much love,xxxxx
