It depends what it is and the time of day with me. Today i’ve had about three teaspoons nutty granola (no dried fruit) with juice for breakfast, a pot of cottage cheese with pineapple for lunch, about 6 cherries, 1 low fat yogurt and a couple of mouthfuls of cod for supper. Not enough veg today but there’s still some leek and potato soup I made at the weekend so i’ll have that tomorrow. Find eating in the evening hard personally and all my bad reactions have been at that time. Trying now to eat three small meals a day and to make the snacks fruit. Lots of water and black tea. Cherries from our cherry tree today yum! Would be interested to know what orhers are eating!
