I’m very controlled on my portions as I feel I could eat a lot. If I am controlled and eat slow and things like chicken , quorn sausages I will feel full and have to listen to my body and make myself stop. If I eat something like crackers then I don’t feel full. It’s Wierd I had a band so restriction was very different. I also feel hungry again after about 2 hours so dealing with that with lots of tea. I can eat anything, no golf balls or food sticking at all which i guess is good as i can eat lots of meat etc!! Sometimes I do worry I feel hungry as all the literature says we won’t feel hunger but dietician doesn’t seem concerned . Some days it realy stresses me out, others im fine. Guess its about learning to live with what we got and maximizing our chances of weight lioss! so I’m just going with the flow!!! Xxx
